Guardsman is a furniture insurance provider that approached us with the challenge of improving their online presence and streamlining their customer service through the development of three web development projects. Our team developed a customer-facing portal, a bespoke website, and an online form to meet Guardsman's specific requirements.

The Challenge.

The primary challenge in developing the customer-facing portal was to create a system that could handle a high volume of traffic while being user-friendly for both customers and staff. The portal also needed to be integrated with Guardsman's internal IT system for efficient management of claims. For the bespoke website, the challenge was to organize the wealth of information in a way that was easy to navigate and find while also showcasing the Guardsman brand and aligning with their existing branding. The online form presented another challenge as it had to be designed for non-policy holders to submit claim details while being easily editable for future use and translatable into multiple languages for Guardsman's global customer base.

The Solution.

Our team developed a customer-facing portal that allowed Guardsman's clients to make claims on their furniture insurance policies through an easy-to-use online form. The portal also enabled customers to view their policies and past claims, and we integrated it with Guardsman's internal IT system for efficient management of claims.

For the bespoke website, we created a fully responsive and user-friendly site that was aligned with Guardsman's existing branding. The website was organized to make information easy to navigate and digest and could be displayed on different domains for Guardsman's global audience.

Finally, we designed an online form that allowed non-policy holders to submit claim details that could be priced up by Guardsman as an individual job. The form featured dynamic fields that adapted based on previous answers and could be easily edited in the future. We also ensured the form was translatable into multiple languages for Guardsman's global customer base.

The Results.

The three web development projects have been a resounding success for Guardsman. The customer portal has processed over 100,000 claims since launch, streamlining the claims process and enhancing customer service.

The bespoke website has received high levels of traffic and engagement, showcasing the Guardsman brand and providing easy navigation for customers.

The online form has made it easy for non-policy holders to submit claim details, providing Guardsman with the information they need to price up jobs and serve their customers.
