Biff Bang Pow store some of your data when you use our website but we also ask consent first. This includes Personal Data such as your name, email address and phone number when using our contact form, or non personal Technical Data such as your browser, device and location from our Google Analytics. We don’t capture your IP address or anything that could be used to identify you with Google Analytics.

We get consent for collecting your data via either the checkbox on our contact form, or via our cookie notice. If you choose to not allow statistic cookies, Google Analytics will not be loaded. Consent for this can be withdrawn at any time, either by contacting us to ask for your contact details to be removed, or withdrawing consent for analytics via our Cookie Declaration. We will happily delete your data unless required to keep it for legal reasons.

We have two third parties that will process your data in different situations. Google Analytics will process the non personal Technical Data previously mentioned, while your Personal Information from the contact form will be sent via Mailgun. Both of these have their own privacy policies and act independently of us, but we trust them.

We use your Personal Data to contact you about potential projects or answer enquiries, and we use your Technical Data to see how users interact with our website and to plan ways to improve it.

We won’t sell your data to anybody, this includes both Personal Data and Technical Data. We may disclose your data if required for legal reasons, such as to data protection authorities.

Who is collecting this Data?

Different types of information is collected via different means. Contact Data is only collected when you fill out a form on our Website. This data is collected by Biff Bang Pow Limited and sent via Mailgun to our contact inbox provided by Google Mail.

Technical Data and Usage Data is collected via Google Analytics. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of Users of our Website.

How and why is this Data collected and how will it be used?
Contact Data is only collected when you fill out our contact form. This data is collected so we have contact details to respond to your enquiries. We will use this data to contact you back about potential projects or to provide services to you. Messages sent via the contact form use SSL encryption in order to ensure the security of this data. We use Mailgun to send emails to ourselves with the content of your contact enquiry, Mailgun operates independently from us and has its own privacy policy, which we strongly suggest you review.

Technical Data and Usage Data is collected when you browse our Website and is collected via Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure and evaluate traffic on the Website, and create user navigation reports for our Site administrators. We take measures to protect the technical information collected by our use of Google Analytics. We do not use any of this information to identify Users and all Technical and Usage Data is collected in a non identifiable form without data such as internet protocol (IP) addresses that could be used to identify a User.
